Heaven's Forsaken Features
Fight Against Three Enemies at Once

In this High-Risk Commission, you will face 3 Skyfish Banners at the same time. All three enemies share the same attack patterns, so once you learn one, you can apply the same strategy to the others.
No Attribute Weakness

The Skyfish Banner in this High-Risk Commission does not have an Attribute weakness. Bring your strongest team and focus on consistent damage output.
Best Team for Skyfish Banner

Since you will be fighting 3 Skyfish Banners simultaneously, using Jiuyuan to group enemies and Esper Zero for wide-area attacks and instant Cycle activation is highly effective. This setup lets you gather enemies before attacking and maximize Blossom damage.
Blossom-Focused Team
| DPS | Instant Cycle | Anima | Support |
|---|---|---|---|
Jiuyuan | Esper Zero | Nanally | Hotori |
This team centers around Jiuyuan and Esper Zero, with Nanally boosting Blossom damage and Hotori providing strong support for time-attack content.
Tips to Defeat Heaven's Forsaken
Keep Track of Multiple Enemies

Since you will be fighting 3 Skyfish Banners at once, bubbles and tornadoes flying around the battlefield can easily catch you off guard. Try to keep all enemies within view whenever possible while fighting.
Group Enemies to Deal Damage Efficiently
Using skills such as Jiuyuan's Intel Hunter to pull enemies together while attacking allows you to deal damage more efficiently and finish the fight faster.
Watch Out for the Spin Attack
The Skyfish Banner's spin attack has a very small hitbox, but it cannot trigger a Critical Dodge. Since there is no warning indicator, melee characters should be especially careful when attacking up close.
Use the Water Tornado
The water tornado remains on the field for an extended period and deals continuous multi-hit attacks. By making use of the tornado, you can trigger multiple Critical Ripostes, making it an effective tool for both damage and Break gauge depletion.
Heaven's Forsaken Attack Patterns
Bubble Shot 1
The Skyfish Banner fires multiple bubbles in a fan-shaped pattern from its mouth. A red warning indicator appears beforehand, but since the projectiles spread outward as they travel, it is recommended to Dodge toward the enemy to avoid getting clipped by the outer orbs.
Bubble Shot 2
The enemy performs a somersault before firing multiple bubbles straight ahead. The red warning indicator and obvious wind-up animation make this attack easy to read, so stay calm and time your Dodge as the projectiles approach.
Sweep Attack
The Skyfish Banner swings its tail in a wide arc to hit nearby targets. There is a brief delay between the warning indicator and the attack itself, so waiting a moment before Dodging makes it much easier to avoid.
Spin Attack
The boss rapidly spins vertically in place. There is no warning indicator and Critical Dodge cannot be triggered, but the attack's hitbox is very narrow. As long as you avoid staying directly next to the enemy, you can safely avoid taking damage.
Whirl Attack Into Water Tornado
The Skyfish Banner spins in place and creates a water tornado. A warning indicator appears before the attack, and because the tornado deals continuous multi-hit attacks, it provides an opportunity to trigger multiple Critical Ripostes. However, keep in mind that the attack's counterable frames may end before the tornado disappears.
