Obtain the S-Rank Arc "Hethereau's Keeper"

After defeating "Justice Executioner Lvl. 99," which appears at the max Wanted Level, head to the Security Office to receive the S-Rank Arc "Hethereau's Keeper." This Arc boosts damage against boss units and can summon "Officer Whisker."
How to Raise Wanted Level and Its BenefitsHow to Get Lost Items from NPC?
- Attack a Walking NPC Until Hostile
- Once Hostile, Attack Until They Flee
- Repeat to Collect Up to 12 Items per Day
To make an NPC drop a Lost Item, you must first make them hostile. Attacking an NPC while they are walking will cause them to become hostile and attack you.
NPCs that are standing still or available for interaction generally will not become hostile. If you are farming Lost Items, head to intersections with many walking NPCs, such as main streets or pedestrian zones. However, some passing NPCs may still flee instead of becoming hostile.
Once the NPC becomes hostile, continue attacking until they drop an item. When the NPC flees, they will leave the item on the ground.

Attacking civilians increases your Wanted Level. Before it reaches the first star threshold, return to your Apartment to have Anomaly Furniture "Coocoo Alert" clear your warrant. Alternatively, you can use Goodheart Crispy Mouse Cookie to reduce your warrant level by 500.
The number of Lost Items dropped by hostile NPCs is limited to 12 per day. There are three types of Lost Items, and you can obtain up to four of each per day. After collecting a total of 12 items, hostile NPCs will only flee without dropping additional items.
You can only obtain up to 4 of the same type of Lost Item per day. Even if additional items are dropped, you will not be able to pick up a 5th copy or beyond, so once you reach the limit, focus on farming other Lost Item types.
