Bubbles on the Sea Location
Northern Shore of Sunward Island
The sea bubbles featured in this Strange Tale appear after listening to a conversation between a parent and child on the northern shore of Sunward Island, then swimming out into the nearby sea.
How to Complete Bubbles on the Sea
- Talk to Ms. Bulan
- Talk to the Haggard Tourist
- Run Out of Stamina in the Bubbles
- After Being Returned to the Beach, Talk Again
Talk to Ms. Bulan on the beach.
After speaking with Ms. Bulan, advance the date by one day using the Time System, then talk to the haggard male tourist who appears on the same beach.
If the man does not appear, you can skip this step for now. After completing Step 3, you will be able to speak with him.
Enter the sea from the beach and swim until your stamina runs out at the location where the bubbles appear. Running out of stamina there will trigger an event, transition the screen, and return you to the beach, allowing you to progress the Strange Tale.
The sea bubbles appear a short distance from the shore. Avoid swimming too far out, as the event will not trigger properly. You can also locate the bubbles and progress the event even if you have not spoken to any of the NPCs beforehand.
After being returned to the beach, either Ms. Bulan or the haggard tourist will appear. Talking to either of them will complete the Strange Tale and earn Footprint Points.
If you progressed the bubble event before speaking to Ms. Bulan, talk to her first after returning to the beach, then advance the time and speak with the haggard male tourist.
