This is a guide for the Pixel Surge event in NTE (Neverness to Everness). It includes the event duration, information on double rewards, the best way to spend Character Pixels, farming tips, and more.

What is Pixel Surge?

NTE's Pixel Surge event will begin on June 26 at 05:00 (Server Time). The event ends on July 3 at 04:59 (Server Time), meaning it will be held for one week.
Double Rewards from Character Pixels
During the event period, rewards obtained by spending Character Pixels will be doubled. This only applies to Anomaly Zone stages. Note that rewards from Anomaly Hunt and Anomaly Pilgrimage will not be doubled.

Pixel Surge Event
Doubled Rewards Event Limitation
During the event period, the double reward bonus applies to the first 120 Pixels spent daily. You will not receive additional rewards for any Pixels spent beyond this limit, so be sure to check your remaining double reward allowance on the event or map screen before spending.
Anomaly Challenges Are Not Eligible
Anomaly Hunt, where you can get character Ascension Materials, and Anomaly Pilgrimages such as Morphix and The Never-ending Arachne, are not part of the event. The rewards will not be doubled even if you claim them, so be careful.
Rewards Also Increase When Spending Double Character Pixels
Even if you choose to receive double rewards and spend 80 Character Pixels, you will still receive double rewards for that amount. However, if you only have a double reward allowance of 40 Pixels left and you spend 80 Character Pixels, you will only receive double rewards for those 40 Pixels.
Quick Search Also Gets 2X Rewards
Even if you spend Character Pixels using the Quick Search function from the Gilded Butler, the rewards will be doubled. The Gilded Butler can be unlocked from the Anomaly Furniture in your home.
Pixel Surge Spending Priority
Prioritize Houdinii's Magic Stage
When spending Character Pixels, we recommend farming Houdinii's Magic Stage. EXP materials and Beetle Coins are always needed for leveling up characters, so they won't go to waste even if you get more than you currently need.
How to Level Up & Ascend Characters
Houdinii's Schemes is Also an Option
Houdinii's Schemes, where you can obtain materials for leveling up character Esper Abilities, is also a good option. You need a large amount of these materials, so if you're running low, it's a good idea to farm them during the event period.
Rabbit Hole is Not Recommended
Rabbit Hole, where you can farm for gear, is not recommended because it can be wasteful if you receive more rewards than necessary after getting the gear you want. It's better to use your double rewards on other Anomaly Zone stages. Farm the Rabbit Hole after you have used your daily double reward allowance.
