Based on information from the official X (formerly Twitter) account, Shinku is expected to release on July 10, coinciding with the Ver. 1.2 update. She will likely be featured in a limited-time gacha, so we recommend saving up Solid Dice and Annulith in preparation.

Shinku Appears in Ver. 1.1 Second Half
Following the June 24 maintenance, Shinku can now be found in various locations throughout the city. She appears in a wide range of places, including inside buildings and near the Fortune Shades, so keep an eye out while exploring.

Shinku is a Cosmos Character
Shinku is a Cosmos character. With the release of the Lakshana character, Chaos, in Ver.1.1, it's speculated that Shinku will be a character with good synergy with Remora and Charge formations.
Fights with Melee Attacks
In the official Co-Ex Test Trailer on YouTube, Shinku is shown moving swiftly and using powerful kicks. As Chiz is currently the only Cosmos-type main attacker, it is highly anticipated that Shinku will be introduced as a new primary damage dealer for this type.

The Fortune Shades on Yuanmu Hill is located southeast of New Herland District. Shinku appears just south of the Fortune Shades.

Fight the Headless Rider at Unheard Shores to trigger an cutscene where Shinku arrives to help during the battle.
