Use the Indomitable Reject to climb up
Use the second Indomitable Reject
Pick up all Indomitable Rejects

Head to the construction site

Head east from Wertheimer Tower to the construction site and approach the anomaly inside.

Pick up the Indomitable Reject

Once inside the Anomalous Realm, pick up the Indomitable Reject on the ledge.

Use the Indomitable Reject to climb up

Use the Indomitable Reject to switch your perspective and climb up while collecting the other Indomitable Rejects along the way.

Use the second Indomitable Reject

Using the yellow Indomitable Reject lets you rotate your perspective. Combine it with the blue one to climb up.

Pick up all Indomitable Rejects

Picking up all the Indomitable Rejects along the way and at the top clears the commission.
