Fabricated Dice are required for pulling on Strange Encounters (the Standard Banner). If you have 10 or more, you can use all 10 at once for a 10-pull.

Fabricated Dice are mainly obtained by exchanging Annulith. If you are short on Fabricated Dice, you can also purchase them directly from the gacha screen.
