Choose Between 20 Or 30 Minutes
The bomb timer choice gives you two options - 20 minutes & 30 minutes. This determines the amount of time you have left to escape the exploding reactor after defeating the Scorpion Sentinel.

Affects Time To Escape Mako Reactor
The timer only affects the amount of minutes you have left to escape the Mako Reactor & has no confirmed other consequences in the game. It does not start during the Scorpion Sentinel fight, but right after it.
