Missing Children Procedure Chart
| 1 | Speak with Ms. Folia in the Sector 5 Slums |

| 2 | Head north and follow the smoke towards the Slum Public Cemetery |

2. Follow Smoke To Cemetery
When you go north and right past Station's Way, you'll encounter some smoke that will lead you to the Slum Public Cemetery. This is where you'll find the lost children.
Phantoms Are Weak Against Fire
If you have any Fire materia, make sure to cast fire spells on the Phantoms. They are vulnerable to the fire element and this can do big damage to them, making it easier for you to defeat them.
Complete All Ch. 14 Quests For Elemental Materia
