How you handle Flower Peddler will influence her happiness towards Cloud, which then affects the Dating event in Chapter 14. Depending on who you're after, your choice should vary.

"How Much?" will most likely increase Aerith's happiness, so pick them if you're after Aerith for Ch.14 Date Event. If Tifa is your main choice, choose "I'm good" and then "Fine, I'll take it" to avoid making Aerith happy.
Get A Flower no Matter What
No matter which dialogue you choose, Aerith will give you a flower no matter what. This dialogue will not affect story progression except for the Date event.

Affects Date Event In Ch. 14
At the beginning of chapter 14, a dating event will occur where Cloud visits Aerith's garden at night. Whether its Tifa, Aerith or Barret that appears depends on the choices you've made.
