Using the Chocobo Carriage will allow you to fast travel to specific location that are listed on its destination for a fee. Note that these Chocobo Stop locations are fixed, and can't be altered.

Unlocked In Chapter 14
Early in Chapter 14 in Sector 5 Slum, you can talk to the Chocobo Carriage keeper in the area to unlock its feature.

Upon unlocking this feature, you will get a Odd Job 'Chocobo Carriage' available to complete. Finding each Chocobo will unlock new Chocobo Stops around the map, & finding all 3 Chocobo will give you a free pass to the Chocobo Carriage service.

How To Use Chocobo Carriage
Find The Chocobo Stop or Staff NPC
You can interact with the Chocobo Stop signs around the area or talk to the staff around town to use this feature. Each use initially costs 300 Gil per use.
