On the Prowl Procedure Chart
| 1 | Speak with Wymer at southern west of the Residential District |

| 2 | Head to west of Scrap Boulevard and deal damage to Wrath Hound |
| 3 | Head to east of Scrap Boulevard to talk to NPC, then head to north |
| 4 | Defeat Wrath Hound |
| 5 | Back to Wymer and speak with him to complete the odd job |
Wrath Hound Is Weak Against Ice
Wrath Hound is weak agiainst ice, but Blizzard does not hit speedy enemies. Basic strategy here is using ability and attack, then use Blizzard when Wrath Hound is slowed.
