How To Beat Type 0 Behemoth - Boss Fight Tips & Tricks

Destroy Upper / Lower Body & Horns To Deal Damage

Destroy Upper / Lower Body & Horns To Deal Damage

Type 0 Behemoth itself will be highly resilient to damage until its upper body, lower body, and horns are destroyed. You will need to aim to destroy all 3 parts until you can whittle down its HP.

Heals Upper / Lower Body Until Horn Is Broken

Heals Upper / Lower Body Until Horn Is Broken

Even when two of its body parts are damaged, the Type 0 Behemoth can heal its upper and lower body until its horns are destroyed. Keep repeating this process to chip away at its horns until they are completely broken.

Flank The Behemoth To Attack

Flank The Behemoth To Attack

From up front, the Type 0 Behemoth will be heavily guarded and also pummel you with barrage of attacks. Its back side is relatively susceptible to damage, and will be somewhat safe. Prioritize repositioning and attacking from the said angle first.

Cripple Upper / Lower Body To Stagger

Cripple Upper / Lower Body To Stagger

Although extremely agile, the Type 0 Behemoth can be staggered when you deal enough damage to its upper and lower body. It is recommended to focus on the safer, softer lower body first then the front leg if aiming for stagger. While staggered, its horns can be targeted.

Avoid Using Attack Spells & Destroy Horns To Stop Counter

Avoid Using Attack Spells

When you cast an offensive spell on the Type 0 Behemoth, it will immediately retaliate with an unavoidable counter attack. This can be prevented by destroying its horns. This will also make the beast susceptible to damage once broken.
