Just Flew In from the graveyard Procedure Chart
| 1 | Speak with Gwen at west of the Pillar Plaza |

| 3 | Open the door and defeat Cerulean Drake |
| 4 | Back to Gwen and speak with him to complete the odd job |
Cerulean Drake Is Weak Against Wind
Cerulean Drake is weak agiainst wind, but you may not have wind materia at this point. If so, use fire or thunder attacks. When Cerulean Drake is in icy cyclone, don't get close to it, instead, use fire or thunder attack to stop the cyclone.
