Level Up Characters
▲Reaching level 11 from level 10 rewards the player with 5 SP.
SP or Skill Point is gained whenever a character levels up. All characters can gain up to 5 SP whenever they level up so try to grind & level up your party to get more SP!

There are items that you can use to increase your character's SP. You can buy them from stores like the Moogle Shop or through in-game side quests & events.

What Is SP (Skill Points)?
Required To Enhance Weapons
▲Spending SP on a weapon increases its versatility as it can provide other stats.
Using SP on weapons unlocks its skill. Unlocking a weapon's skill also increases its base stats and Materia slots.

You can reset your SP allotment by talking to Chadley, the white-haired boy, then selecting "Reset Upgrades". Resetting the SP consumes Gil but there is no limit to how many times you can reset, so use your SP and experiment!
