Water Pulse is useful when following the story because of its high PP. Scald cannot be learned on Pokemon Scarlet and Violet so in exchange of that, Chilling Water is recommended. Calm Mind is good on Vaporeon since it increases the Special Defense of the Pokemon further.

Vaporeon - Learnable Moves

    1. Learned at Lvl. Ev
      The target is blasted with a forceful shot of water.
    2. Learned at Lvl. 1
      A physical attack in which the user charges and slams into the target with its whole body.
    3. Learned at Lvl. 1
      A reckless, full-body charge attack for slamming into the target. This also damages the user a little.
    4. Learned at Lvl. 1
      A reckless, life-risking tackle in which the user rushes the target. This also damages the user quite a lot.

      The user wags its tail cutely, making opposing Pokemon less wary and lowering their Defense stats.

      The target is bitten with viciously sharp fangs. This may also make the target flinch.
