Icy Wind, which is learned upon evolution, is a good Special Ice Attack good enough for clearing the Story. Freeze-Dry works great against Water Type and is a Special move. To fight against Steel Type, a Fire-Type Terablast is also recommended.

Glaceon - Learnable Moves

      The user attacks with a gust of chilled air. This also lowers opposing Pokemon's Speed stats.

      The user gazes at the target rather charmingly, making it less wary. This harshly lowers the target's Attack stat.
