West Province (Area Three) is located between Cascarrafa and Medali. The Rockruff with the Terastal symbol, has the Ability "Own Tempo". It is recommended to evolve to Lycanroc (Dusk).

How to Reach the Tera Rockruff

Take the Legendary Ride from the Pokemon Center east of Medali. There is no Ride ability required, so as long as you can reach Medali, you can encounter the Rockruff.

      This move enables the user to attack first. This move fails if the target is not readying an attack.

      The user smashes into the target at high speed. This move always goes first.
    3. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user protects itself and its allies from priority moves.
    4. Learned at Lvl. 1
      By moving rapidly, the user makes illusory copies of itself to raise its evasiveness.
    5. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user lunges at the target at a speed that makes it almost invisible. This move always goes first.
    6. Learned at Lvl. 1
      Sand is hurled in the target's face, reducing the target's accuracy.
    7. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user gives opposing Pokemon an intimidating leer that lowers the Defense stat.
    8. Learned at Lvl. 1
      A physical attack in which the user charges and slams into the target with its whole body.
