Property Guide - How to Buy and Purchase Homes

New Home Added in Ver. 1.1

Pegasus Residence Added

In the NTE Ver. 1.1 update, a new home, "Pegasus Residence", has been added. Like other properties, it can be purchased from the Property menu. Unlike previous homes, it features a vehicle elevator, allowing you to bring your favorite vehicles into your room.

What is Property in NTE?

Purchase a Home and Decorate It

In NTE's Property system, you can purchase homes and freely decorate them. Additionally, it is possible to invite some characters to your home to interact with them.

Unlocks at City Tycoon Level 5

Property can be unlocked upon reaching City Tycoon Level 5. Progress through the in-game tutorial to raise your Tycoon Level to 5.

Increases Character Stats and Abilities

The Anomaly Furniture that comes with a purchased Property can provide effects like increasing stats or reducing stamina consumption once certain conditions are met. These effects are permanent, giving you an advantage in combat and Exploration.

Increases Max Stamina

Purchasing decor from various shops will increase your Collection Value. Each time it increases to a certain point, your max stamina used for dashing and Dodging will increase. You can also obtain rewards such as Annuliths.

Property Purchase and Ownership

Purchase from Leon Estate Group

You can purchase Property from Leon Estate Group in Bridge Crossings. Initially, you'll only have Wiener Apartments available, but as you increase your City Tycoon Level, you will be able to purchase other properties.

Activate Anomaly Furniture

Check the Anomaly Furniture of your purchased home and unlock its effects. By unlocking the effects, you can gain stat boosts and other benefits.

Purchase Furniture from Various Stores

Furniture that can be placed in your home is sold at various stores. Check where to get the furniture you want and purchase it. Obtaining various types of furniture will increase your Collection Value.

Review Your Collection Status

You can vist the My Collection screen from the Smart Control inside your Property.

Decorate Your Property

Once you have obtained furniture, feel free to place it in your purchased home.

Invite Characters

You can invite characters with a Bond Level 4 or higher to your Property. More expensive properties allow you to invite multiple characters at the same time.

You Can Interact with Characters

You can interact with invited characters in your home. In addition to actions based on your Bond Level, you can also see additional interactions by placing the corresponding furniture.

Unlock Achievement Milestones

Achievements are unlocked based on the total number of properties purchased, allowing you to earn a total of 35 Annuliths. Aim to purchase 4 properties to unlock the highest-rank Achievement.

Increase the Number of Invited Guests

The number of characters you can invite varies by property. Fenglin Villa, the most expensive property currently available, can accommodate up to 5 guests at once. Inviting multiple characters is also required to complete the Property Renovation Guide, which rewards Fons and Dreamless Seed. 

Be Able to Place More Furniture

The amount of furniture you can place is limited by a property's Load capacity, which varies by property. Purchasing a property with a higher Load limit allows you to place more furniture and decorations. 

Gain Effects Based on the Property

The effects provided by Anomaly Furniture vary by property. Consider the available effects when choosing which property to purchase, especially if you are targeting specific effects or resources.

Common Effects for All Properties

Some effects are common to all properties. Once you unlock them in one property, they will apply to others, so there's no need to unlock them from scratch.

How to Increase Collection Value

Increase from City Tycoon's Property

The Collection Value of your homes can be increased from City Tycoon > Property > Furniture Collection. Since this feature can be accessed directly from the menu, you can raise your home's Collection Value without visiting the property.

Increase Collection Value from Home

1. Interact with the Smart Control in your home.

2. Select My Collection.

3. Press on the Furniture to claim Collection Value.

Collection Value does not increase simply by obtaining furniture. Instead, you must register acquired furniture through Smart Control > My Collection in your home. Each registered item increases your Collection Value, and reaching certain thresholds raises your Collection Level, allowing you to claim additional rewards.
