Evolve By Leveling Up While Walking With Pokemon

Putting Pawmo on the first one in Party and walking 1,000 steps in Let's Go! mode will allow Pawmo level up and then evolve. It'd be better to walk with it in the Pokemon Center or places without wild Pokemon.

How To Walk With Pokemon

Steps To Evolve
  1. Make Pawmo be the first one in Party, then walk 1,000 steps with it in Let's Go! mode
    └The number of steps will be reset once you changed the order
  2. Level up through Battles or EXP Candy
    └Leveling up in Let's Go! mode will not trigger the evolution

      The user bestows a loving blessing, reviving a party Pokemon that has fainted and restoring half that Pokemon’s max HP.

      Hard, pointed, sharp claws rake the target to inflict damage.
    3. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user growls in an endearing way, making opposing Pokemon less wary. This lowers their Attack stats.

      The user shrouds itself in electricity and smashes into its target. This also damages the user a little.
    5. Learned at Lvl. 3
      A jolt of ecectricity crashes down on the target to inflict damage. This may also leave the target with paralysis.

      The user lunges at the target at a speed that makes it almost invisible. This move always goes first.
