"Fuzzy Documents" is a hidden quest. It unlocks once you've cleared "Newly Created Fuzzy" and checked all three Warren Continent Design Documents placed around Fuzzy Village.

These are the locations of Warren Continent Design Documents 1-3. Papers are placed near Glutton Fuzzy, Elder Fuzzy, and Mysterious Fuzzy Merchant respectively. You can check them in any order.
If you've cleared "Newly Created Fuzzy" and check all three Warren Continent Design Documents, its derivative story, "Newly Created Fuzzy," will update. You can hear the Enigma Fuzzy talk about the lore of 999 Nights.
