Citizen ID Quest Guide - How to Unlock

The "Citizen ID Card" Side Quest in NTE is automatically accepted by checking the chat from Sakiri — "Wanna see Taygedo throw a tantrum?" — and replying to it.

After accepting the quest, head to Eibon 2F. Using a Fast Travel Point will get you there quickly and save you some time.

Follow the quest markers and approach Taygedo and the others inside the room on 2F. A conversation will begin and the event will trigger.

After the event, you need to advance time to the next morning. Using the quest tracking feature will adjust the time automatically, so make sure to take advantage of it.

After adjusting the time, talk to Adler on the 1st floor in the Lobby and the event will progress.

Once you finish talking with Adler, head to the Bureau of Anomaly Control. It's quite a distance away, so using a Fast Travel Point is the most efficient way to get there.

After arriving at the Bureau of Anomaly Control, follow the quest markers to advance your conversations with Barracuda and Mr. Bag to progress the event.

During your conversation with Mr. Bag in this quest, choose the "Citizen ID Card" dialogue option to advance the story.

After talking with Mr. Bag, head to the Security Control Room. It's located just above where you had the conversation, so take the nearby staircase.

Talk to Barracuda standing in front of the Security Control Room. At one point you'll be waiting on Taygedo's evaluation, but keep listening to Barracuda and the event will progress.

After your conversation with Barracuda, Taygedo will appear. Stay where you are without moving and the event will trigger smoothly. Afterwards, head back to Mr. Bag.

After talking with Mr. Bag, you'll be directed to head to the Meeting Room. Enter it to trigger the event. Once the event in the Meeting Room is complete, return to Mr. Bag's reception desk to receive your Citizen ID.

After receiving the Citizen ID from Mr. Bag, head back to Eibon. It's a long way, so use a Fast Travel Point to save time.

After fast traveling to Eibon, head to 2F. The quest will be cleared as soon as the conversation inside the room ends.

The Eibon Family item you receive from this Side Quest is a furniture item, and Taygedo's Sketchbook is an item that lets you revisit the drawings shown during the event.
