- Head to Acorn Apartments and listen to the request
- Head to the meeting spot at the specified time
- Take a photo
- Gather information about the case
- Return to Acorn Apartments and talk
- Defeat the Bopp that appears
- Return to Acorn Apartments to report completion
NTE's "Visit the Artist" can be accepted from a flyer near Davidia Avenue in Bridge Crossings. Follow the quest marker to the acceptance location.
"Visit the Artist" has its acceptance location near a Teleport Point, so heading from a Teleport Point — if you've activated one — is faster.
Head to the quest marker and listen to the client Ethan. To meet him, you'll need to take the elevator inside the building up to the 3rd floor. Talk to Ethan once you arrive to advance the quest.
As the conversation proceeds, you'll head to a meeting spot. Adjust the in-game time to the specified hour, then go to the quest marker to advance. Tracking the quest will adjust the time automatically.
This quest involves frequently traveling between the plaza and Acorn Apartments, so using Teleport Points saves time.
Following the quest marker, advancing the dialogue leads into a photo-taking moment. The camera launches automatically — just press the shutter.
After taking the photo, head to the first scene to gather information. Talk to Riane and Brades while progressing the story. Then follow the quest markers to investigate the other paintings.

After gathering the information, follow the quest marker to meet Ethan.
After listening to him, you'll need to adjust the time again and head to the quest marker. Tracking the quest will adjust the time automatically.
Head to the quest marker and advance the dialogue, and a Bopp will appear. Defeating it lets you continue.
After defeating the Bopp, return to Acorn Apartments and report completion to receive the Side Story rewards.
You can claim the rewards once you report completion, but the clear flag triggers only after you leave the building, so keep that in mind.
