- Head to the convenience store in Bridge Crossings and talk to the staff
- Talk to the Fluffy outside the convenience store
- Investigate the nearby trash can
- Return to the convenience store and talk to the staff
- Investigate the trash cans in the area
- Nullify the Fluffy
- Follow the quest and listen to nearby people
- Investigate the trash cans at night
- Return to the convenience store and talk to the staff
NTE's "Fluffy Incident" can be accepted by talking to "Eric," the staff at the Convenience Store on Hankaku Street in Bridge Crossings, and selecting "About the Fluffy in front of the store…"
First, talk to the Gigafluff outside the convenience store. After you talk to it, the Gigafluff turns into a Fluffy.
Next, investigate the trash can further inside.
After investigating the trash can, return to the convenience store, talk to the staff, and select "About the Fluffy in front of the store…" to advance the quest.
Follow the quest markers and investigate 2 nearby trash cans.
After investigating the trash cans, defeat the Fluffy that appears.
After defeating the Fluffy, follow the quest markers and talk to the people in the area between 8:00-18:00. Tracking the quest will automatically adjust the time to between 8:00-18:00.
The event after the conversation advances by selecting "Between 10:00 PM - 5:00 AM the next morning."
Next, set the time to 22:00-5:00 and investigate, in order, the 4 trash cans you checked earlier. Tracking the quest does not adjust the time, so you'll need to change the time from "Time System" in the menu.

After the event dialogue, set the time to 12:00-22:00, talk to the convenience store staff, and select "About the person illegally dumping Fluffies…" to clear the quest. Tracking the quest will automatically adjust the time to between 12:00-22:00.
