- Talk to Miss Levi at Beyond the Rails
- Head to the reception at the Bureau of Anomaly Control
- Talk to Mr. Bag
- Check the course invitation
- Go to Beyond the Rails to join the session
- Return to the Bureau of Anomaly Control to take the test
- Talk to Miss Levi
NTE's "Ghost Train Entry Ticket" can be accepted by talking to Miss Levi at Beyond the Rails in Miguel District and selecting "About Anomaly Express".
After talking with Miss Levi, leave Beyond the Rails and head to the Bureau of Anomaly Control. Talk to the receptionist there and select "I heard about the Ghost Train…" Once you've heard them out, end the inquiry.
Next, talk to Mr. Bag further inside and select "Norms on the Anomaly Express."
After waiting a moment, a chat from Mr. Bag arrives — check it.
After checking the chat, head to Beyond the Rails and talk to Miss Levi.
After talking with Miss Levi, head to the Bureau of Anomaly Control. Talking to Mr. Bag at the bureau starts a 10-question test — pick the correct answers.
