Rainy Night Tale Quest Guide - How to Unlock

NTE's "Rainy Night Tale" can be accepted by going to the Laundromat near White Parrot Street during rainy hours after 19:00. Time and weather can be changed from "Time System" in the menu.

After the conversation with Fir who has moved to the Laundromat, follow the quest, head down the road, and find the missing student. You'll meet up with a JTF Member at the destination.

After talking with Bixing, the JTF Member, follow him as he moves.

Defeat all the Rainmen that appear.

After defeating the Rainmen, advance time and set it to the next night. Tracking the quest will adjust the time automatically.

After advancing time, follow the quest marker to head to Bixing.

After talking with Bixing, follow the quest marker, head to the apartments, and talk to the resident "May" near them.

Next, examine the wall of the house next to the appliance store.

After examining the wall, talk to Selwyn nearby.

After the event, follow Bixing to the warehouse.

After examining the warehouse shutter, climb the wall and enter through the 2nd floor door.

Once inside, take the stairs down to the 1st floor and head for the entrance.

Once outside through the 1st floor shutter, you'll battle the Rainmen — defeat them. After defeating them all and finishing the event dialogue, the quest is cleared.
