Run out of stamina underwater and faint
The achievement "Water Soluble" can be obtained by collapsing while in water. Aim to get it by swimming in places like the ocean around the outskirts of Hethereau.
Your HP must reach 0
The achievement "Water Soluble" cannot be obtained unless you keep swimming until you collapse. Even after running out of stamina, keep swimming until your HP drops to 0.
Earned the moment your active character collapses
The achievement "Water Soluble" is granted as soon as your active character collapses. Party size does not matter, so there is no need to form a party of just one character.
