  2. Listen to the chatter of Passersby
  3. Go to Puka Candy
  4. Head to Moby-Dick Bookstore
  5. Go to 9°C Coffee
  6. Follow the quest markers
  7. Return to the Record Shop

NTE's "Record Shop Disturbance" quest can be picked up by talking to Sidd inside the Exile on Main St. Record Shop on Hankaku Street and selecting "Accept Commission".

Teleport to Wertheimer Tower for Convenience

If you're far from Hankaku Street, teleporting to the nearby Wertheimer Tower will save you a lot of travel time.

Listen to the Chatter of Passersby
Listen to the chatter of Passersby

After accepting the quest and setting the tracking, listen in on the Passersby chatting in front of the shop. Wait until the conversation ends to move on.

Go to Puka Candy
Go to Puka Candy

Head to Puka Candy and talk to the shop's staff member "Asahi Inori" standing in front of the store.

Head to Moby-Dick Bookstore
Head to Moby-Dick Bookstore

Next, head to Moby-Dick Bookstore and talk to the customer "Delan" near the entrance to gather information.

Next, go to 9°C Coffee and talk to the customer "Kesha" inside the shop to gather more information.

Follow the Quest Markers

After the conversation at the café, a quest marker appears. Following the marker leads you to your destination, Eibon.

The Destination Is the Second-Floor Balcony
Head up to the second floor

Once you arrive at Eibon, head to the balcony on the second floor of the building and talk to Sakiri there.

Return to the Record Shop
Return to the Record Shop

Once your conversation with Sakiri ends, head back to the Record Shop to report to your client, Sidd. Pick the dialogue option "About the commission, well..." to clear the quest.
