- Go to Forget-Me-Not Florist
- Talk to the owners of the Fruit Store and Butcher Shop
- Talk to the staff at DSD POP
- Talk to the staff at 9°C Coffee
- Go to the Vintage Shop
- Sit down and organize your thoughts
- Share clues with JTF
- Return to the Florist
NTE's Disappearance Incident quest can be picked up at Forget-Me-Not Florist. Talk to the staff and pick the dialogue option "There's a strange box..." to accept the side quest.
Forget-Me-Not Florist is located near Eibon. The fastest way to get there is to fast travel to the phone booth right outside the front entrance.
Next, gather information from the owners of the Fruit Store and the Butcher Shop. Use the markers as your guide and talk to the target NPCs to advance the quest.
| Point! | Sometimes the shop owners may not appear. If that happens, advance time using the "Time System" or by resting at the Eibon dorm, or restart the game — they should reappear. |

Once you've finished talking to both shop owners, head to the store in the plaza (DSD POP) and talk to the staff there.
After the conversation at DSD POP, head to 9°C Coffee on the opposite side of the plaza and talk to the staff there.
Head to the Vintage Shop and you'll find a JTF agent talking with the shop owner outside the storefront. Approach them and the quest will progress automatically.
After the conversation ends, sit down on the chair near the marker. Here, you'll work through the case using everything you've learned by picking the right answer from each set of choices.

Once you've finished your deductions, talk to the JTF agent and pick "Delivery service personnel." from the four options.
Finally, return to the Florist and talk to the staff one more time to complete the "Disappearance Incident" quest.
