NTE's "Flipped Phone Booth?" quest begins when you touch the phone booth installed upside-down in an alley on Moomin Street. The mission has you tracking down the Anomaly "Mysty," who disguises herself as objects.

You can find the phone booth by entering the alley near the center of Moomin Street.

Once you accept the quest and attack the phone booth, the Anomaly "Mysty" will reveal herself.

Point!Throughout this mission, you can break Mysty's disguise by either landing an attack or getting close and selecting "Touch."

The first disguise is an air conditioner on the right side after going down the stairs.

The second disguise is an upside-down black doll inside DSD POP. Walk up to it and select "Touch" to break the disguise.

The Oddly Long Pole

Mysty disguises herself as the unusually long pole on the right just outside DSD POP. Hit it with an attack to expose the disguise.

For the final disguise, Mysty becomes a wall poster near the spot where the upside-down phone booth originally was. Like the second disguise, walk up and select "Touch" to expose her, then talk to Mysty to complete the mission.
