- Head to the rooftop of the building
- Defeat Ora Puncher to complete the quest
After tracking the anomaly commission, head to the rooftop of the building next to the one marked PUKA. You can track a commission from "Map" -> "Anomaly Commission", select the anomaly commission you want to start, and press "Track".
Once you arrive at the rooftop, talk to Ora Puncher. After the conversation, defeat Ora Puncher within the time limit to complete the commission.

During the conversation with Ora Puncher, the option you choose changes the battle time. Choosing an option that provokes Ora Puncher extends the battle time limit, making it easier to defeat.
