The Rooftop Boxer in NTE is an Anomaly Commission that can be progressed on the rooftop of a building near Torchwood Avenue. Rewards include the Arc "Oraora!".

Rooftop Boxer Walkthrough Chart
- Head to the rooftop of the building
- Defeat Ora Puncher to clear
After tracking the Anomaly Commission, head to the rooftop of the building next to the one marked PUKA. Commission tracking is available from Map → Anomaly Commission. Select the Anomaly Commission you wish to start and press Track to begin.
Once on the rooftop, talk to Ora Puncher. After the conversation, defeat it within the time limit to clear the commission.

When talking with Ora Puncher, the battle time changes depending on the choice. Selecting the option that provokes Ora Puncher extends the battle time limit, making it easier to defeat.
