After tracking the commission and arriving at the destination, examine the Colorless Note. Examining the Colorless Note will move you to an Anomalous Realm. In the Anomalous Realm, you can complete the quest by examining the surroundings and applying color to the space.

After entering the Anomalous Realm, first attack the bug-shaped Anomaly to apply color.

After attacking the bug to apply color, climb the stairs and move forward.

After climbing the stairs, interact with the traffic light to change the color. Once the space is colored, you can proceed.

After interacting with the traffic light to color the space, climb the stairs and head to the court on the right.

After arriving at the court, interact with the basketball to color the space.

After interacting with the basketball to color the space, cross the fence and move on.

After crossing the fence, change the colors at the lanterns and the central tree. The colors revert after a short time, so quickly change the colors of the lanterns and the central tree.

After changing the colors at the lanterns and the central tree to color the space, move through the gap in the fence.

After moving through the gap in the fence, change the colors at 3 spots: 2 colored flowers and the grass. The colors revert after a short time, so the key is to change them quickly. Also, if "Change color" appears multiple times, keep changing the color until the prompt no longer appears.

Once you've changed the color in every space, the Colored Note will appear on the table. Examine the Colored Note to exit and complete the commission.
