The C's Magic Circle in NTE is an Anomaly Commission that can be progressed north of Wertheimer Tower in Unheard Shores. Rewards include Fons.

C's Cube Walkthrough Chart
- Head north from Wertheimer Tower
- Climb the boxes
- Defeat Proliferative C
After tracking the Anomaly Commission, head to the grassland north of Wertheimer Tower.
Upon arriving at the destination, climb the stacked boxes and chase after Proliferative C.
The footholds that appear may break off partway. If you run out of path, check your surroundings for another climbable route. When Proliferative C is waiting nearby, jump toward it to find footholds leading further up.
At the top, interact with Proliferative C to start the battle. Defeating it will clear the commission.
In C's Magic Circle and C's Tower, a bug may occur where defeating Proliferative C is not registered as a clear. If this happens, a hit-detection point that takes damage will appear near the center of the field, so you can clear it by continuing to attack that spot.
