Approach the umbrella lying under the goal. Approaching it will transport you to an Anomalous Realm.
Defeat 5 Rainmen total
Upon entering the Anomalous Realm, 3 Rainmen will appear, so defeat them. After that, defeat the additional 2 Rainmen that appear and contain them to clear.
