Recommended Moveset
For the most stable completing, Annihilape with an Assault Vest is recommended. You need to Terastal only when breaking the opponent's shield, but otherwise you can win by firing Rage Fist repeatedly. If you are solo, you will be knocked out twice, but you can complete the raid with a little time to spare.
Since you may receive stat downs due to Play Rough and Shadow Ball, we recommend that its ability be Defiant. It is recommended to set its nature to Jolly so that it can act before Typhlosion.

Recommended Moveset
The Mighty Typhlosion will exploit the weakness of the Dark and Ghost types with Play Rough and Shadow Ball. Bellibolt takes heavy damage from the opponent's Earthquake, but can withstand it with Parabola Charge's recovery. As long as you can survive the first Sunny Day + Eruption combo, the difficulty level of completing the raid is relatively low.

The Tera Type of the Mighty Typhlosion is Ghost. It has the Hidden Ability "Flash Fire", like those of past 7-star raid Pokemon.
▶︎ Typhlosion - Type, Moveset, & StatsMighty Typhlosion Moveset
The moveset of Mighty Typhlosion is as shown above. Dark and Ghost-type Pokemon that can exploit an opponent's weakness will conversely suffer heavy damage from Shadow Ball and Play Rough.
Beware Of The Combo Of Sunny Day + Eruption
When Mighty Typhlosion's HP is reduced or nearly halved, it will use the combo of Sunny Day + Eruption in succession. Especially in the early stages of the game when the opponent has a lot of HP, the power of Eruption is extremely high, and Pokemon with low Sp Defense are not suitable for countering Mighty Typhlosion.
It Will First Uses Your Stats-Up Cancel
The Mighty Typhlosion will first cancel the effect of your stats increase. Therefore, a Pokemon that mainly uses moves to lower Typhlosion's stats is more appropriate than a Pokemon that uses buff moves to increase its own stats.
When The Typhlosion's HP Is Nearly Half, It Resets The Its Stats Down
Mighty Typhlosion not only cancels your stats boost, but also resets the stats down effect applied to itself when its HP is almost half. Since its shield should be broken by this time, it is recommended that you fight mainly with moves that reapply stats downs or have additional effects.
Challenge With Level 100 Pokemon
7★ Raids are very powerful so it is recommended to have a Pokemon that is Level 100 to participate. Even on the Official it has been posted, [It is very hard to defeat by 1 Trainer]. So be prepared by leveling up your Pokemon.
