Cetitan - Learnable Moves

      A physical attack in which the user charges and slams into the target with its whole body.

      The user attacks with a chilling gust of powdery snow. This may also freeze opposing Pokemon.
    3. Learned at Lvl. 6
      The user growls in an endearing way, making opposing Pokemon less wary. This lowers their Attack stats.

      The user attacks the target with an echoing voice. If this move is used every turn, its power is increased.
