Frosmoth - Learnable Moves

    1. Learned at Lvl. Ev
      The user attacks with a gust of chilled air. This also lowers opposing Pokemon's Speed stats.
    2. Learned at Lvl. 1
      While resisting, the user attacks opposing Pokemon. This lowers the Sp. Atk stats of those hit.
    3. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user attacks with a chilling gust of powdery snow. This may also freeze opposing Pokemon.
    4. Learned at Lvl. 1
      If it is the opposite gender of the user, the target becomes infatuated and less likely to attack.
    5. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user assists an ally by boosting the power of that ally's attack.
    6. Learned at Lvl. 4
      The user scatters a cloud of numbing powder that paralyzes the target.
    7. Learned at Lvl. 8
      The target is infested and attacked for four to five turns. The target can't flee during this time.

      The user cloaks itself and its allies in a white mist that prevents any of their stats from being lowered for five turns.
