Eelektross - Learnable Moves

    1. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user sticks out its head and attacks by charing straight into the target. This may also make the target flinch.
    2. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user rampages and attacks for two to three turns. The user then becomes confused.
    3. Learned at Lvl. 1
      Opposing Pokemon are attacked with a spray of harsh acid. This may also lower their Sp. Def stats.
    4. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user fires an electric blast like a cannon to inflict damage and cause paralysis.

      The user crunches up the target with sharp fangs. This may also lower the target's Defense stat.
