Eelektrik - Learnable Moves

    1. Learned at Lvl. Ev
      The user crunches up the target with sharp fangs. This may also lower the target's Defense stat.
    2. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user sticks out its head and attacks by charing straight into the target. This may also make the target flinch.
    3. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user launches a weak jolt of electricity that paralyzes the target.
    4. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user throws an electrically charged tackle at the target. This may also leave the target with paralysis.
    5. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user attacks the target with an electric charge. The user may use any remaining electricity to raise its Sp. Atk stat.
    6. Learned at Lvl. 9
      Things such as long bodies or tentacles are used to bind and squeeze the target for four to five turns.
    7. Learned at Lvl. 19
      Opposing Pokemon are attacked with a spray of harsh acid. This may also lower their Sp. Def stats.

      The user strikes everything around it by letting loose a flare of electricity. This may also cause paralysis.
