The Unrivaled Pikachu Tera Raid will only be unlocked after the Ending Event. And you must unlock the 6★ Raids. There are no restrictions for joining Unrivaled Raids with other players, so find an Unrivaled Raid in the bulletin board and participate.

Absorb Clodsire can make Thunder and Surf ineffective, and it can also half Play Rough. Use Acid Spray to lower the opponent's SP DEF and help your allies attacks.

7★ Raids are very powerful so it is recommended to have a Pokemon that is Level 100 to participate. Even on the Official it has been posted, [It is very hard to defeat by 1 Trainer] . So be prepared by leveling up your Pokemon.

The Unrivaled Pikachu will put up a screen at the start of the battle, as well as attack with Rain Dance & Surf combo. Unless your Pokemon has resistance against Water moves, there is a high chance that you will be hit with great damage so be careful.
Status Moves Like Fake Tears That Lowers Stats Is Ineffective
Since it will set up a screen in the beginning of battle, so Status Moves that will lower Stats like Fake Tears or Screech will be ineffective to the Pikachu. Lumina Crash has an additional effect that can lower Stats so it is fairly recommended.
[IMPORTANT] If Your Tera Attacker Is Defeated Then Your Loss Increases
The screen will not allow any attacks to pass unless you attack it with a Pokemon that has been terastalized. If you faint during terastalization, then you will not be able to terastalize in this raid anymore. After your attacker terastalize then you MUST NOT faint.
Unrivaled Pikachu's Moveset
The moveset for the Unrivaled Pikachu is as above. In the beginning of battle, with the effects of Rain Dance, Surf's Power will be increased, as well as Thunder will be hitting targets so it is super powerful. Dragon types has a resistance to Electric type and Water types, but its weaknesses can be attacked with Play Rough so be careful.
Ability Is "Lightning Rod"
The Unrivaled Pikachu's ability is its hidden ability "Lightning Rod". Due to this you can not attack its weaknesses with Electric type moves. When thinking of countermeasures, you should keep this in mind.

Can Capture 1 Fixed 6V Pikachu
During the event, you will only be able to capture 1 Unrivaled Pikachu per saved data. It will most likely have individual Values that are all BEST and fixed 6V. Also the Ability and Nature will also be fixed so you do not have to reroll for the Unrivaled Pikachu.
Normal Pikachus Can Be Caught In The Wild
Compared to the other Unrivaled/Mighty Pokemons, Pikachu can be caught in the field so, it is easier to get the 2nd Pikachu. But a Pikachu that has the Mightiest Mark will only be caught in this event.
Get The Mightiest Mark
When you capture the Unrivaled Pikachu, it will come with a mark called [Mightiest Mark]. When you take it out to battle, it will have a different effect then using a normal version.

When you complete the Unrivaled Pikachu Raid for the first time, you will receive the Ability Patch and Surf TM. Ability Patch is a very rare item, so complete the raid to get it.
Receive 30 Water Tera Shards
In the Unrivaled Pikachu Raid, the host will receive 30 Water Tera Shards upon completion. If you are a guest in the raid, then you will receive 20, so this is a chance to gather lots of Water Tera Shards.
Will There Be Shiny Unrivaled Pikachus?

There is a very low chance to get a Shiny Unrivaled Pikachu so you do not have to reroll for that 1 Pikachu that you will receive.
