Eiscue - Learnable Moves

      A physical attack in which the user charges and slams into the target with its whole body.

      The user attacks with a chilling gust of powdery snow. This may also freeze opposing Pokemon.
    3. Learned at Lvl. 6
      The user cloaks itself and its allies in a white mist that prevents any of their stats from being lowered for five turns.
    4. Learned at Lvl. 12
      This attack move varies in power and type depending on the weather.
    5. Learned at Lvl. 18
      The user attacks with a gust of chilled air. This also lowers opposing Pokemon's Speed stats.
    6. Learned at Lvl. 24
      The user sticks out its head and attacks by charing straight into the target. This may also make the target flinch.
    7. Learned at Lvl. 30
      The user temporarily empties its mind to forget its concerns. This sharply raises the user's Sp. Def stat.
