Bellibolt - Learnable Moves

    1. Learned at Lvl. 1
      A physical attack in which the user charges and slams into the target with its whole body.
    2. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user hurls mud in the target's face to inflict damage and lower its accuracy.
    3. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user slacks off, restoring its own HP by up to half of its max HP.
    4. Learned at Lvl. 7
      A jolt of ecectricity crashes down on the target to inflict damage. This may also leave the target with paralysis.
    5. Learned at Lvl. 11
      The target is blasted with a forceful shot of water.
    6. Learned at Lvl. 17
      The user boosts the power of the Electric move it uses on the next turn. This also raises the user's Sp. Def stat.
    7. Learned at Lvl. 21
      The user throws an electrically charged tackle at the target. This may also leave the target with paralysis.
    8. Learned at Lvl. 24
      The user scatters curious leaves that chase the target. This attack never misses.
    9. Learned at Lvl. 25
      The user flails about aimlessly to attack. The less HP the user has, the greater the move's power.
    10. Learned at Lvl. 32
      The user strikes everything around it by letting loose a flare of electricity. This may also cause paralysis.
    11. Learned at Lvl. 36
      This attack move varies in power and type depending on the weather.

      The user electrifies the ground for five turns, powering up Electric-type moves. Pokemon on the ground no longer fall asleep.
