Rillaboom - Learnable Moves

    1. Hard, pointed, sharp claws rake the target to inflict damage.
    2. The user growls in an endearing way, making opposing Pokemon less wary. This lowers their Attack stats.
    3. The target is taunted into a rage that allows it to use only attack moves for three turns.
    4. The user slams the target with a long tail, vines, or a tentacle. The target is hit twice in a row.
    5. Letting out a noble roar, the user intimidates the target and lowers its Attack and Sp. Atk stats.
    6. The user turns the ground to grass for five turns. This restores the HP of Pokemon on the ground a little every turn and powers up Grass-type moves.
    7. Sharp-edged leaves are launched to slash at opposing Pokemon. Critical hits land more easily.
    8. An earsplitting screech harshly lowers the target's Defense stat.
    9. The user slaps down the target's held item, and that item can't be used in that battle. The move does more damage if the target has a held item.
