Cubchoo - Learnable Moves

    1. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user growls in an endearing way, making opposing Pokemon less wary. This lowers their Attack stats.
    2. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user attacks with a chilling gust of powdery snow. This may also freeze opposing Pokemon.
    3. Learned at Lvl. 3
      The user endures any attack with at least 1 HP. Its chance of failing rises if it is used in succession.
    4. Learned at Lvl. 6
      The target is raked with sharp claws of scythes quickly two to five times in a row.
    5. Learned at Lvl. 9
      The user attacks with a gust of chilled air. This also lowers opposing Pokemon's Speed stats.
    6. Learned at Lvl. 12
      The user and the target become friends, and the target loses its will to fight. This lowers the target's Attack stat.
    7. Learned at Lvl. 15
      If the target's HP is half or less, this attack will hit with double the power.

      The user blows its cold breath on the target. This attack always results in a critical hit.
