Flaaffy - Learnable Moves

    1. Learned at Lvl. 1
      A physical attack in which the user charges and slams into the target with its whole body.
    2. Learned at Lvl. 1
      The user growls in an endearing way, making opposing Pokemon less wary. This lowers their Attack stats.
    3. Learned at Lvl. 6
      A jolt of ecectricity crashes down on the target to inflict damage. This may also leave the target with paralysis.
    4. Learned at Lvl. 9
      The user launches a weak jolt of electricity that paralyzes the target.
    5. Learned at Lvl. 11
      The user releases cotton-like spores that cling to opposing Pokemon, which harshly lowers their Speed stats.
    6. Learned at Lvl. 16
      The user boosts the power of the Electric move it uses on the next turn. This also raises the user's Sp. Def stat.
