Change Your Perspective? - How to Unlock and Rewards

From Wertheimer Tower, head to the construction site to the east and approach the Anomaly inside.

Once you enter the Anomalous Realm, pick up the Unyielding Rejected Plan on top of the ledge.

Use the Unyielding Rejected Plan to switch your perspective as you climb up, collecting the Unyielding Rejected Plans along the way.

Once you obtain the Unyielding Rejected Plan, it is automatically set to the button used to call vehicles. Pressing the button switches you to a side-scrolling perspective, making it easier to climb ledges. Pressing the button again lets you return to the original perspective.

Cancel the Unyielding Rejected Plan, move forward, and collect the second Unyielding Rejected Plan.

After picking up the second Unyielding Rejected Plan, change your perspective again on the spot and climb one step. Then, cancel it to move to the foothold on the opposite side.

After moving to the foothold on the opposite side, climb the ledge a bit in normal perspective, then switch your perspective again. After switching, without moving, cancel it on the spot to move to the opposite foothold again.

After moving to the foothold on the opposite side and canceling your perspective, move forward a bit in normal perspective. Then, switch your perspective back to flat to proceed to the foothold ahead.

Return your perspective to normal and proceed through the stair-like ledges. You can proceed in normal perspective until the path is cut off.

Switch your perspective to flat and proceed through the connected area.

Return your perspective to normal, proceed forward, and collect the Golden Rejected Plan further ahead.

Return your perspective to flat and climb the ledge ahead.

Using the Golden Rejected Plan while in flat perspective lets you further rotate your perspective while staying in that state. Keep rotating until a climbable ledge appears, and climb it.

Proceed across the ledges, and once you reach a spot that looks like stairs, stop for a moment.

At the stair-like area, cancel the flat perspective and climb up in normal perspective. You can move to a foothold that is a bit further away.

After moving to the foothold a bit further away, switch your perspective to flat again. Then proceed until you climb one step.

Rotate your perspective and climb up one step at a time, aiming for the rooftop.

Once you reach the foothold just before the rooftop, rotate the footholds to connect them and safely move to the rooftop at last.

Picking up the Unyielding Rejected Plan at the top clears the commission.
