Although Pokemon Unite is a free-to-start game, it does include optional in-app purchases & microtransactions. The game has multiple currencies, including a Premium Currency that can be exchanged with real money.

The best way to get Aeos Coins is by simply playing matches. It's an essential currency, as it can get you Held Items and is the only free currency that can be used to purchase Unite Licenses!

As the name implies, Fashion Tickets can be exchanged for different cosmetic items for your Trainer. It's quite hard to farm for them since it's limited to mission rewards and the Energy Reward pulls.

You can use Holowear Tickets to purchase exclusive Pokemon Skins. These can be obtained from some events and as random drops in battle pass boxes.

Although you can find the currencies in the top right corner of your screen when trying to purchase, there are also other ways to check your currencies without going to each shop!

- You can also purchase gems here by selecting Obtain.

You can check the Aeos Coins, Aeos Tickets & Gems, via the Home Screen by selecting the currencies in the top right corner or by pressing the + button.

Players have the option to either use Aeos Coins or Gems to get Unite Licenses. You will need specific Pokemon Unite Licenses to be able to play them in a match.

Held Items are items that provide stat boosts for the entire duration of a match. These items often have one to two stats, as well as a special effect that activates under certain conditions.

Held Items can be upgraded using Item Enhancers which can be bought with Aeos Tickets from the shop. You'll be able to increase the stats of your Pokemon with each level increase.

Players can opt to purchase the premium Battle Pass with Gems to be able to receive different rewards with each level increase! Included in the rewards are Pokemon skins, Aeos Tickets, and Item Enhancers.

Skins, both for your Pokemon and for your trainer avatar, are also purchasable through the in-game store. Depending on the type, it can be bought with either Free or Premium Currency.

Aside from purchasing items & skins, you can also use your in-game currencies to change your trainer's appearance. Although this won't boost your Pokemon in battle, it is good to know that you can make changes trainer's name & how your trainer looks!

You can also purchase items that can be used to provide bonus rewards after the match. This can also help your trainer to level up, receive more rewards, and even helps you to customize your trainer.
