When the Pokemon scores a goal, its Attack increases by 6/9/12.
Buddy BarrierBuddy Barrier・HP +20 (+600)
When the Pokemon uses its Unite Move, that Pokemon and the nearby ally Pokemon with the lowest HP are each granted a shield equal to 20/30/40% of their max HP.
Choice SpecsChoice Specs・Sp. Atk +10 (+39)
Increases the damage of moves by a minimum of 40/50/60 when they hit. The higher the Pokemon's Sp. Atk, the more the damage is increased.
Energy AmplifierEnergy Amplifier・Unite Move Charge Rate +0.4% (+6%)
・Move Cooldown -0.3% (-4.5%)
After the Pokemon uses its Unite Move, the damage the Pokemon deals is increased by 7/14/21% for a short time.
Exp. ShareExp. Share・HP +16 (+240)
・Movement Speed 0 (+150)
While the Pokemon has the fewest Exp. Points on its team, it gains 2/3/4 Exp. Points per second. However, it will no longer receive shared Exp. Points when its teammates defeat wild Pokemon.
Float StoneFloat Stone・Attack +1.6 (+24)
・Movement Speed 0 (+120)
Increases movement speed by 10/15/20% when the Pokemon is not in combat.
Focus BandFocus Band・Def +2 (+30)
・Sp. Def 0 (+30)
When the Pokemon drops to low HP, then each second for three seconds, it recovers 8/11/14% of the HP it had lost.
LeftoversLeftovers・HP +16 (240)
・HP Recover 0 (9)
When the Pokemon is not in combat, it recovers 1/1.5/2% of its max HP every second.
Muscle BandMuscle Band・Atk +1 (+15)
・Basic Atk Speed +0% (+7.5%)
When basic attacks hit, the damage is increased by 1/2/3% of the opposing Pokemon's remaining HP.
Razor ClawRazor Claw・Attack +1 (+15)
・Critical-Hit Rate +0.6% (+2.1%)
After the Pokemon uses a move, its next basic attack deals a minimum of 10/15/20 more damage. The higher the Pokemon's Attack, the more this damage increases. When this item is held by a melee Pokemon, this basic attack also decreases the movement speed of opposing Pokemon for a short time.

When the Pokemon receives a certain amount of damage, damage is dealt to nearby opposing Pokemon equal to 3/4/5% of those Pokemon's max HP.

・Critical-Hit Damage 0% (+12%)
Increases the damage of basic attack critical hits. The higher the Pokemon's attack, the more the damage increases.
Score ShieldScore Shield・HP +15 (+450)
While Pokemon is attempting to score a goal, it is granted a shield equal to 5/7.5/10% of its max HP and its goals cannot be interrupted while it is shielded.
Shell BellShell Bell・Sp. Atk +1.6 (+24)
・Move Cooldown 0% (-4.5%)
When the Pokemon hits with a move, it recovers a minimum of 45/60/75 HP. The higher the Pokemon's Sp. Atk, the more HP it recovers.
Sp. Atk SpecsSp. Atk Specs・Sp. Atk +0.8 (+24)
When the Pokemon scores a goal, its Sp. Atk is increased by 8/12/16.
Weakness PolicyWeakness Policy・HP +70 (+210)
・Attack +0 (+15)
Increases the Pokemon's Attack for a short time by a minimum of 2/2.5/3% when the Pokemon recieves damage. This increase grows larger the more times damage is recieved.
Wise GlassesWise Glasses・Sp. Atk +10 (+39)
Increases Sp. Atk by 3/5/7%

What Are Held Items

Use To Power Up Your Pokemon

Upgrade

Held Items are power-ups that'll give your Pokemon an extra boost in stats. These stats will entirely depend on the specific item your Pokemon holds!

You Can Equip 3 Held Items In Battle

During a single match a Pokemon can be equipped with up to 3 Held Items of the player's choosing. Held Item slots are unlocked upon reaching specific Trainer Levels.

Bought From Aeos Mart

Held Items can only be obtained by purchasing them from the Aeos Mart with either Aeos Coins or Aeos Tickets. They are all priced the same at 1000 Aeos Coins or 625 Aeos Tickets.

Duplicate Held Items Will Be Converted To Item Enhancers

Converted To Item Enhancers

Some Held Items like Muscle Band can also be obtained at the Beginner Challenges. You cannot have the same Held Items again, but if you already purchased one before obtaining the reward, it will be converted to Item Enhancers, which you'll need to upgrade your Held Items.

Held Items Can Be Upgraded With Item Enhancers

Held Items can also be upgraded by using Item Enhancers, Super Item Enhancers or temporarily by using a 7-Day Max-Grade Trial Card. The maximum level you can upgrade your Held Item is up to level 30.

Held Items & Battle Items Are Different

The difference between Held and Battle items is that Held Items are purely stat boosts, while Battle Items will give you an active ability on a cooldown which you can use.

Only 1 Battle Item Can Only Be Equipped

Additionally, during a battle a Pokemon can have 3 Held Items but only 1 Battle Item.
