We've made the complete Pokemon Unite Version 1.7.1.11 Patch Notes with numbers for the November 16 Balance Patch! This update came with Bug Fixes, Text Fixes and Spec Changes.

Pokemon Balance Changes

In order to improve the balance of Unite Battles, adjustments have been made to some Pokemon stats and moves. Check out the specific modifications to each Pokemon down below!

Pokemon Update Details (November 16)

Mew Buffs, Nerfs, & Changes Mew

AgilityAgilityDescription:
Has the user perform a quick dash and increases the user's basic attack speed for a short time afterward.
Changes
- Cooldown lengthened.
SynchronizeSynchronizeDescription:
Each time the Pokemon uses a move, it and nearby ally Pokemon have their movement speed increased for a short time. When the Pokemon reaches Lv. 5, the Move Reset icon can be used to reset the Pokemon's moves and learn new one. This icon goes on cooldown after it's used. Each time the Pokemon knocks outor makes an assist on a Pokemon on the opposing team or scores a goal, the cooldown of Move Reset is reduced. Using Move Reset reduced the cooldown of the Pokemon's Unite Move.

- Effects on the user weakened.

Dodrio Buffs, Nerfs, & Changes Dodrio

Tri AttackTri AttackDescription:
Has the user attack with its beaks in a cone in front of itself, dealing damage to opposing Pokemon and applying one of the following random effects: a decrease to Attack and damage over time for a set amount of time, a decrease to basic attack speed, or a decrease to movement speed. When the user's sprint gauge is full, the user instead shoots out three projectiles — one red, one yellowm and one blue — in the designated direction. If a projectile hits an opposing Pokemon, the projectile deals damage and applies one of the aforementioned effects based on its color.After this move is used, the user's next basic attack deals additional damage and restores some of the user's HP. A maximum of two uses can be kept in reserve for this move.

- Effects on the user weakened.
- HP restoration decreased.
- Tri Attack+ HP restoration decreased.

Zoroark Buffs, Nerfs, & Changes Zoroark

Night SlashNight SlashDescription:
Has the user dash in an outward arc, dealing damage to opposing pokemon. If this first attack hits, a second attack can also be performed. The second attack has the user dash straight ahead, dealing damage to opposing Pokemon and increasing the user's critical-hit rate. The lower the opposing Pokemon's HP, the more the user's critical-hit rate in increased.
Changes
- Cooldown lengthened.
- Fixed bug(s) causing extra effects to occur.
- Night Slash+ cooldown lengthened.
- Bug fixes have been made for the following aspects of this move: move learning.

Gardevoir Buffs, Nerfs, & Changes Gardevoir

ConfusionConfusionDescription:
Attacks straight in the designated direction.
Changes
- Damage dealt to opposing Pokémon increased.
PsychicPsychicDescription:
Centers one telekinetic blast each on the user, any guard-swapped opposing Pokémon, and any Light Screen or Barrier walls created by the user, damaging all opposing Pokémon caught in the blasts and lowering their Sp. Def for a short time. If an opposing Pokémon is hit by multiple overlapping blasts, that Pokémon is also left unable to act for a short time.

- Damage dealt to opposing Pokémon increased.
Fairy SingularityFairy SingularityDescription:
Warps space in the designated area, drawing in opposing Pokemon. Shoves and deals damage to opposing Pokemon the instant the warped space disappears.

Sylveon Buffs, Nerfs, & Changes Sylveon

Mystical FireMystical FireDescription:
Has the user create four small flames while advancing in the designated direction. The flames shoot toward opposing Pokemon one by one, dealing damage and decreasing the opposing Pokemon's Sp. Atk for a short time when they hit. Each time a flame hits, it reduces the cooldown of this move.
Changes
- Damage dealt to opposing Pokémon increased.
Draining KissDraining KissDescription:
Has the user attack nearby opposing Pokemon with an energy-draining kiss. Each opposing Pokemon hit by the kiss receives damage and releases an air kiss. These air kisses will travel rom those Pokemon to the user's ally Pokemon near them with the lowest hP and restore that Pokemon's HP. If none of the user's ally Pokemon are nearby, the air kisses will return to the user and restore its HP.
Changes
- Cooldown reduced.
- HP restoration increased.
- Draining Kiss+ HP restoration increased.

Draining KissDraining KissDescription:
Has the user attack nearby opposing Pokemon with an energy-draining kiss. Each opposing Pokemon hit by the kiss receives damage and releases an air kiss. These air kisses will travel rom those Pokemon to the user's ally Pokemon near them with the lowest hP and restore that Pokemon's HP. If none of the user's ally Pokemon are nearby, the air kisses will return to the user and restore its HP.

- Damage dealt to opposing Pokémon increased.
Follow MeFollow MeDescription:
Has the user move to the designated location while waving its finger, drawing the attention of opposing Pokemon it touches and opposing Pokemon near the designated location. Affected opposing Pokemon are forced to approach the user for a short time and attack it with their basic attacks. When this move is used, the user receives a shield effect.

- Shield effect strengthened.
Magic GuardMagic GuardDescription:
The Pokemon receives a shield effect when it restores ally Pokemon HP. The strength of this shield is proportional to the amount of HP restored.

Has the user attack by blasting out a huge volume of water, dealing damage to opposing Pokemon and shoving them when it hits.
Changes
- Duration of effects on opposing Pokémon increased.
SurfSurfDescription:
Has the user charge forward on a wave, shoving opposing Pokemon and leaving them unable to act. If this move hits any opposing Pokemon, the user gains one additional boost counter. The user gains a shield and becomes immune to hindrances while using this move. At the end of this move, the user can jump in a designated direction and becomes immune to hindrances for a short time. Upgraded to Surf+ when the Pokemon reaches Lv10.

Coup de GraceCoup de GraceDescription:
Has the user unleash a ground-splitting slash in the designated direction, dealing damage to opposing Pokemon it hits. The lower the opposing Pokemon’s percentage of remaining HP, the more damage the move deals. If this Unite Move knocks out an opposing Pokemon, the boost count increases.
Changes
- The following have been adjusted for its boosted attack: Damage
Basic AttackBasic AttackDescription:
The user slashes at opposing Pokémon in front of itself, dealing damage to them. If the boost count is one or more, the user’s basic attack becomes a boosted attack that changes as follows:
When in Blade Forme, the user swiftly pierces through opposing Pokémon, dealing damage.
When in Shield Forme, the user rams opposing Pokémon, dealing damage and leaving them unable to act for a short time. Additionally, the attack restores the user’s HP and reduces the cooldown of Sacred Sword and Shadow Claw when it hits. Every boosted attack consumes one boost count.

Duraludon Buffs, Nerfs, & Changes Duraludon

Dragon PulseDragon PulseDescription:
Charges power before dealing damage to opposing Pokemon in the area of effect. The user's movement speed is decreased while charging, but the longer power is charged, the wider the move's area of effect becomes and the more damage it deals. After the user learns this move, a damage marker will be attached to any opposing Pokemon the user damages. When Dragon Pulse hits a marked opposing Pokemon, it deals additional damage to that Pokemon for each damage marker attached to it, then removes all the damage markers. In addition, if this move knocks out an opposing Pokemon, its cooldown is reduced, and the user's next three basic attacks will each deal additional damage and further reduce this move's cooldown when they hit.
