Zhu Yuan's Strength
Currently the only Ether Attacker
Zhu Yuan uses unique ammunition called "Enhanced Shotshells" to deal massive damage and is currently the only Ether Attribute Attack character. She can quickly use her Enhanced Shotshells at any time so you can squeeze it in easily to deal lots of damage.
Has Long Range and Fast Movement
She has just enough range to damage enemies and a useful dash attack, making it easy to dodge attacks and move around while attacking. She can fight both close and mid range, making her versatile and easy to use.
Additional Ability when Teamed up with Nicole
Zhu Yuan is the 2nd Ether Character after Nicole, and activates an additional ability when teamed up with Nicole who is an agent any player can obtain. It is easy to build a working team with her, and she can utilize Nicole's Ether DMG buff as well.

Enhanced Shotshells are the most important factor when it comes to dealing damage with Zhu Yuan. Your main source for acquiring Enhanced Shotshells is the 4th & 5th hit of the Basic Attack which gives you 2 shots and the EX Special Attack which gives you 3 shots. You can also use the Assist Follow-Up and Chain Attack.

Hold down the Basic Attack button to use Zhu Yuan's Enhanced Shotshells. This allows you to deal high Ether damage. You can hold down the Basic Attack button even if you don't have Shotshells, but doing that without ammo just deals relatively low Physical damage.

Get Signature W-Engine First
Zhu Yuan's signature W-Engine, Riot Suppressor Mark VI, is a powerful weapon that increases CRIT Damage, CRIT Rate and damage output. Zhu Yuan's Additional Ability greatly increases CRIT Rate so it provides a huge advantage. We recommend getting the signature weapon before going for C1 and C2.
